How much does it cost?
Projects start at USD $1,000 (Focused Analysis), $1,800 (Comprehensive Analysis) and $2,500 (Reconstruction & Advanced Analysis). The exact price is confirmed after the free consultation, in a fixed quote based on data volume and scope.
What data do I need?
It depends on your question. We usually work with bank statements, accounting reports (general ledger, income statements), invoices, payroll reports or exports from your sales or inventory system. In the free consultation we tell you exactly what we need; if some data is missing, we look for alternatives.
How long does a project take?
Between 1 and 5 weeks depending on the tier: Focused Analysis, 1–2 weeks; Comprehensive Analysis, 2–3 weeks; Reconstruction & Advanced Analysis, 3–5 weeks. The exact timeline is set in the proposal and starts once we receive the data.
How is my information protected?
Your data is used only for your project. We receive it through secure channels, limit access to what is strictly necessary, never share or sell it, and delete or return it when the project ends, as agreed. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement if you need one.
How do I pay?
You pay 50% when you approve the quote and the remaining 50% when the report is delivered. We send you an invoice that you can pay by card through Stripe. Khristallos does not store card details.
Do you work outside the U.S.?
Yes. We work 100% online with clients in the United States and other countries, in English and Spanish. Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Do you implement the changes?
No. Our job is to analyze, explain and recommend. Your team implements the changes; in the review session we help you prioritize them.
Do you provide accounting, audit or tax advice?
No. Khristallos provides business analysis and recommendations. We do not provide certified accounting, audit, legal or tax advisory services. If we find something that requires one of these professionals, we will let you know.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel before we start working, we refund your full deposit. See the details in our refund and cancellation policy.
